Very fun I love pools

I absolutely love living here! The pool is amazing and one of my favorite features of the community. The amenities are beautiful, well-maintained, and make the property feel like a resort. The staff is incredibly friendly, fun, and always willing to help with anything you need. Their positive attitude really makes a difference and creates a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Where do I even start… my mom and dad just moved into the retreat at South Haven, and our experience has been beyond excellent. From the most informative professional tour that was conducted by their leasing agent Natalie, to the most attentive and fast customer service and support offered by their manager Mandy, their team made my parents move in fast and stress free and I couldn’t be more than grateful for all their help. Mandy and her team made this decision be worth it! I can’t put into enough words the kindness and respect we were treated with, best elderly community!

My Grandma lives here, and ever since she has been here the staff, especially Kaden, the new manager have done an incredible job of creating a welcoming warm environment with professional attitudes!

A wonderful facility expertly run by a management team that truly cares about its residents. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The common areas within the building are spotless! There's a peaceful vibe within this 55+ community. The staff we've encountered during our process, which have included Natalie, Bianca, and Monique have all been personable and professional in every sense. And the manager, Mandy has been unbelievably helpful and has repeatedly gone the extra mile for us in so many areas. Bottom line is simply this. If you're seriously looking for an over 55 community you can call home on a long term basis, this is the place! We were on a waiting list for a while, but it was definitely worth it! From staff to maintenance, I would rate it all five stars!

From the moment we stepped into the Retreat, we were treated like VIP's. Resident Specialist Natalie showed us the entire facility. She couldn't have been nicer and more professional! Mandy B, one of the managers, has repeatedly gone the extra mile for us to fit us into exactly the right apartment for our needs. We're relocating from out of state, and from the outset, Mandy has been the epitome of kindness,patience, and professionalism in working with our crazy timetables. One of the best we've ever worked with. Again, 5 star complex with a 5 star staff. Thank you!

Upon a recent visit to the Retreat, relocating from California, we were treated to some of the finest customer service we have ever encountered. One of the managers, Mandy B., literally treated us like VIP's! From the outset, she took the time to listen sincerely to our situation and patiently answer all of our questions, which were many, and then giving us a tour of the entire facility. What a beautiful place! Mandy, then explained our options, and is currently working within our timeline of being able to move in. What an incredibly positive experience! She was personable and professional in every sense of the word. Thank you for your kindness. We're looking forward to becoming part of the community.
